Why should I seal grout and tile?

Grout can absorb spills and grime. A suitable penetrating sealer helps resist staining and moisture and makes routine cleaning easier. We assess the tile itself before recommending whether it also needs sealing.

Does every ceramic tile need sealer?

Porcelain tile generally does not need sealer. Ceramic tile is more porous and should be sealed to help protect it from stains and moisture.

What are the benefits of sealing pavers?

Sealing can help resist stains, moisture and weathering, make maintenance easier and bring out the pavers’ color. Proper joint preparation and sand, where needed, also help keep the finished surface looking its best.

What is included in paver cleaning and sealing?

We review the surface, clean and prepare it, address joint sand when the project calls for it, and apply the appropriate sealer. The exact preparation and finish are confirmed in your quote.

Do you clean and seal concrete?

Yes. We work on exterior concrete such as driveways, patios and walkways. The cleaning and sealer are selected for the surface condition and the finish you want.

Can you protect my countertops?

Yes. We assess kitchen and bathroom countertops and recommend cleaning or sealing based on the material. Not every surface needs the same treatment, so we confirm the right approach first.

How much do your services cost?

Starting prices are $1.35/sq ft for paver cleaning and sealing, $0.50/sq ft for deep floor cleaning, and $0.80/sq ft for tile and grout sealing. Countertop cleaning and sealing starts at $300 for a complete kitchen, plus $60 per extra piece. Final pricing depends on the condition and scope of your project.

Is your work covered by a warranty?

We offer a one-year workmanship warranty. We also offer a complimentary follow-up inspection after about 1 to 1½ years. We will explain the terms that apply to your project in the quote.

How should I care for surfaces after sealing?

Use gentle, surface-appropriate cleaning products and follow the care instructions we provide for your sealer. We will tell you when the surface can be used and cleaned again, since curing times vary by product and conditions.
